In 2015 I started up as a lash artist this was on a part-time basis and I spent my first 3 years travelling around the West Midlands as a mobile lash technician.  I found that there was such a demand I couldn’t keep up with all my appointments and after gaining a large demanding cliental base I decided to make it my full-time job. 

I now consider myself a ‘forever student,’ eager to both build on my academic foundations and ensuring I stay in tune with the latest marketing strategies through continued training.  This led me to take teaching exam and I am now an accredited educator and run training courses through my Academy - LL Training Academy.

Since starting my training academy I have ensured my trainees feel confident in completing sets on mannequins and live models, I keep the demonstrations and terminology simple and encourages all learners to feel confident to ask questions. With on-going support after qualifying.
